I'm going off the "Abilify" drug for good now. Shortly after my last one I had a panic attack (because I was a mile away from home on my bicycle, losing the motivation to go home), and withdrawal started about twelve hours later. At several points I just lay on the ground and trembled. My hands are still shaking, but I'm getting better now. It's been almost thirty hours since the last pill.

I think that might be the same stuff my friend in Florida's on, sounds like similar symptoms. It just doesn't seem like a good idea to prescribe drugs with worse symptoms than the sickness.

The paradox about the chicken and the egg has its match in the sickness and the pill. I found that Abilify sapped my concentration and motivation while making me more talkative and sociable. It could turn an imaginative person into a schizophrenic, bearing in mind that mental illness is often reinforced by other people the moment it appears.
