Things I'm Learning
It's too soon to say much that's definite, but I feel I'm doing well on a few things.
For insomnia, keeping busy and also keeping relaxed at night seems to help. It's a shame that little seems to relax me. A hot bath does it dependably though.
Warm milk helps with jittery nerves. Tea I don't like enough to try seriously.
Eating more removed the headaches. I'm trying to keep myself on a regularly timed diet so that I won't go days eating little. Hopefully I'll also learn to eat healthier food.
Slowly going through the physical detritus of my life and simply throwing things away is surprisingly cathartic. I'm even going to do this with my books.
