A recent comment got me thinking. I can tell whether or not something makes sense to me. But I'm not good at telling whether something I write makes sense to others. Making up for the lack with a manic burst of comments probably doesn't help.

Writing's words, so if there're words, there'll be some interpretation thereof. It might not be the same interpretation you were hoping for, but therein lies every writer's dilemma.

Well, my lesson for the day is that if you assume you're being misunderstood, you will be. That's something I needed to get clear.
